01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and Bujangtoto (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino services accessible at bujangtoto.cam (the "Site").

By registering an account, accessing the Site, or placing a bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Bujangtoto, including but not limited to sports betting, live football betting, online slots, live dealer casino games, lottery, poker, and any other game or wagering product that may be introduced on the Platform from time to time.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Bujangtoto Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds in separate wallets.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or deposit match amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "Rollover") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "MYR" and "RM" both refer to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported on the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method as may be requested by Bujangtoto's compliance team.

03 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration on Bujangtoto is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence and that you meet the minimum age of 21 years required by the Platform.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Bujangtoto Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your obligation to ascertain whether online gambling is legal in your place of residence before registering. Bujangtoto does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

3.3 Capacity to Contract

By registering, you confirm that you are acting in your own name and for your own benefit, and not on behalf of any other individual or legal entity. You further confirm that you are not suffering from any gambling-related disorder that would prevent you from making rational betting decisions, and that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from any other gambling operator or regulatory body.

04 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active Account on the Bujangtoto Platform. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, Bujangtoto reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed on those accounts, and forfeit any bonus balances held therein.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Players are required to notify Bujangtoto promptly if any registered information changes. Providing false information during registration constitutes fraud and may result in immediate permanent account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Bujangtoto will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify Bujangtoto's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification

Bujangtoto reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any stage of a Player's Account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time the Company deems appropriate for compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure. Standard verification documents include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., MyKad, passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of eWallet account)

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Bujangtoto supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Additional payment methods, including cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC), are also available subject to the Platform's current payment schedule.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned to the originating source. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of deposit. Bujangtoto does not charge deposit fees; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a verified payment method held in the same name as the Bujangtoto Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for standard MYR transactions; more complex withdrawals, including first-time withdrawals subject to KYC review, may take up to 48 hours. Bujangtoto reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Bujangtoto operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account and to request supporting documentation for any transaction that triggers AML thresholds. Funds that cannot be satisfactorily accounted for may be withheld pending investigation. Bujangtoto will co-operate fully with any law enforcement or regulatory authority making lawful enquiries.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and any other incentives made available by Bujangtoto are subject to specific terms attached to each offer. Players must read and accept these individual promotion terms before claiming any bonus. The following general rules apply to all Bujangtoto bonuses unless an individual promotion specifies otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are held in a separate wallet and are only released to the real-money balance upon completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• The maximum bet permitted during an active bonus period is RM 500 per round or spin, unless the individual promotion specifies a lower limit.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Bujangtoto reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, adjust bonus terms, or disqualify a Player from a promotion at any time where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that have not been subject to the required wagering within the promotional window — typically 7, 14, or 30 days as specified per offer — will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bujangtoto actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine betting activity; hedging bets across markets to neutralise risk while consuming bonus requirements; and co-ordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where abuse is identified, Bujangtoto reserves the right to void all associated bets, forfeit bonus balances, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Bujangtoto Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. No bet may be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where Bujangtoto exercises its discretion to void a bet under circumstances described in these Terms.
• Bujangtoto reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously erroneous price resulting from a technical error, data feed failure, or human input error. Players will be notified of any such voidance and the stake returned.
• Maximum winnings per single bet event may be capped at limits published on the Platform, which vary by sport and market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the official result as determined by the relevant sport's governing body or, for casino games, the Platform's certified RNG system will be treated as final.
• Live in-play betting odds are subject to change at any time. Bets accepted at the displayed odds at the moment of confirmation will stand regardless of subsequent odds movements, except where a demonstrable technical error occurred.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bujangtoto Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who identify technical errors are obligated to report them to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Placing bets using funds obtained through illegal means, or using the Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy specifically designed to exploit odds discrepancies across markets in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to Bujangtoto at any stage.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the Bujangtoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, promotional materials, and text — is the intellectual property of Bujangtoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of Bujangtoto.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bujangtoto's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bujangtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if Bujangtoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bujangtoto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, and shall not be liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical disruptions, or force majeure events.

11 Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting Bujangtoto's support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11.2 Closure by Bujangtoto

Bujangtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, where a Player is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued Account operation presents a risk to the Company's regulatory compliance obligations. In such circumstances, Bujangtoto will provide written notice where legally permissible and return any undisputed real-money balance to the Player's last verified payment method.

12 Responsible Gambling

Bujangtoto is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and use the Platform's responsible gambling tools, which include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance. Bujangtoto will never encourage Players to continue gambling beyond their means and will not target promotions at Players who have activated responsible gambling restrictions on their Account.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Bujangtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Company will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or on-platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Bujangtoto Platform shall first be submitted to Bujangtoto's customer support team for internal resolution. Bujangtoto aims to resolve all formal complaints within 48 business hours for standard disputes.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
